Karja use karne ke terms.
Last updated: 15 October 2026
These terms govern your use of the Karja Tracker website and application. They are a practical starting document for the current product and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before a public commercial launch.
1. Karja ka use
You may use Karja only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law. You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping access to your Google account secure.
2. Service kya karti hai
Karja helps groups record expenses, calculate balances and track settlement status. It is an organizational tool, not a bank, payment processor, lender, accountant or financial adviser. Karja does not itself move money between group members.
3. Accuracy aur group ki responsibility
You are responsible for the information you add and for reviewing calculations before relying on them. Group members should resolve factual disputes among themselves. The service records inputs and calculated balances but cannot verify that an expense occurred or that an off-platform payment was completed.
4. Sahi tareeke se use
You must not use Karja to break the law, harass others, impersonate a person, access a group without permission, interfere with service operation, probe security controls, distribute malware or submit content that infringes another person’s rights.
5. Group admin aur service limits
Group owners or authorized administrators may add members and manage certain group functions. Group creation and membership limits depend on the selected paid plan. Current plans support up to 12 people per group and at most one combined reminder email per person each day. We may adjust reasonable operational limits to protect the service.
6. Aapka content
You retain rights in information you submit. You give us permission to process that information only as needed to operate, secure and improve Karja and to meet legal obligations.
7. Service kab available hogi
We aim to keep Karja reliable, but the service may be interrupted, changed or discontinued. Features that depend on third-party providers may also be affected by those providers.
8. Zaroori disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, Karja is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that every calculation, reminder, import or notification will always be error-free or delivered on time. Review important balances with your group.
9. Liability ki limits
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for disputes and payments between group members. Any mandatory rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
10. Terms mein changes
We may update these terms when the product or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
